I bought this device to use with my ShopBot CNC. When running the configuration software, it was difficult to get the software to recognize the Bumpbar. You have to press two keys (unlabeled) within two seconds AFTER your system recognizes the device. If you're lucky enough to get the Bumpbar to be recognized, it's even more difficult to successfully upload a new keyboard template. If you can get a keyboard template to upload, then you have to unplug the USB and plug it back in to get the device to work, but at least its reliable at that point. Another thing I dislike about this keypad is that when relabeling the keys, you have to tape to the outside of the keys (no removable keycaps).I returned this device and ordered a Genovation Control Pad.In summary:* very flaky hardware* awful software configuration program* several undocumented necessary procedures* no removable keycaps* bad documentation* horrible website
