It appears to be well made and would last a long time. Didn't work for us as it Saud its for portions but it's in 1lb increments not Oz. So I was a little mislead. But it says in the print so my bad.

Update it’s been a year and it’s been a bit beat up, but works as good as ever. Super happy we got it. We have 10 horses and weigh their hay each feeding to ensure they get enough. This is tough on a scale, but this one is proving to hold up.The top is only about a 6 inch square so we had to put a piece on the top to help hold the hay and no issues with that either.It’s a solid product.
