I bought a few packs of this stuff in 2016 and again 2018. In 2018 I bought several dozen rolls of it to keep it in stock, and over the years I stopped shipping as frequently, so I was able to make that stash last until now, early 2025. I have finally run out, and I have to say, this is the best packing tape I've ever used. Even after seven (7) years, it peeled off of the roll easily, and stuck as good as it always has. Try that with some other brands and you'll find they will eventually start peeling poorly, and sticking to itself to a point where it's useless, but not this brand. After personally using this stuff for years, I will never buy another brand as long as they keep making it. This may be a simple product, but I cannot appropriately express how much the use of a quality tape has changed my outlook on a simple shipping supply. Highly recommended!

I am in the middle of a move, and while I was hoping to move directly into my new home, I instead have to store my belongings for about a month before I am ready to move into my new home and unpack. Therefore I needed quality packing tape to keep my moving boxes together and sealed during the moving process. This tape arrived quickly and was durable. It compares nicely to the leading brands of packing tape but was much cheaper in a pack of 6. The tape is thick and doesn't tear easily while on the role. I would order again in the future.

The tape is very sticky. I use it for USPS flat rate boxes. I ship frequently. Works great and good price.

This tape is a great value for the price, especially considering the pack of six rolls. The tape is slightly on the thin side, so you might need an extra layer for heavier boxes, but it definitely gets the job done for general use.I didn’t notice any strong smell, which some reviews mentioned. Overall, it’s a solid product for moving, packaging, and storage. Would buy again!

This tape sticks much better than some rolls of brown tape that I've had to throw away. I wasn't sure if it would be worth buying 6 rolls in case it didn't work, but I'm very happy with the quality and the price at £1.50 a roll.

Absolutely love this tape! We have never had any issues with it other than occasionally it has a strong smell but that has only happened like twice in the last three years of ordering this tape for our business and it was only one roll out of the 6. It is a wonderful medium duty tape that you can always depend on! Adheres to boxes and envelopes very well with a great texture and substance that isn’t too thick or too thin. We even used it for a very large boxes with heavy weight shipping internationally without any complaint. Very reasonable price considering so many variables between competing companies and qualities, and the quality is always the same, never had anything different shipped to us, which is all too common on Amazon even when ordering prime....especially because there are so many counterfeiters out there. Not to mention the fact that Amazon charges their sellers money to protect their trademark to brands... but that’s a whole other story...lol... Amazon is definitely all about the customer and not the seller for sure and it is increasingly becoming more geared toward Chinese sellers and sellers who offer other peoples products under varying names which makes it really hard to trust anybody these days especially Amazon itself. But this seller is awesome and dependable! Make sure you only purchase this item when it comes from Tape King specifically. I have never been paid or asked for a review nor do I review anything very often, but I wanted to make sure that credit was given to this company, which is most certainly deserved! We used to sell on Amazon and have a business that depends on tape for many things daily and I understand how difficult it is to find a good product and how much we all depend on honest customer reviews. I have ordered hundreds of things from Amazon over the years and I have never left a review for a single item I've bought. I have an Etsy shop and go through a LOT of packing tape. I have tried many brands of tape and shopped around for a while before I settled on Tape King. I read all the reviews for this item and they weren't entirely helpful, but I decided to purchase it anyway. I LOVE THIS TAPE. A lot of the negative reviews focus on how noisy the tape is and how it smells a little funky. Yes, it is pretty loud when you unspool it (I may have woken my husband up once or twice while packing orders late at night!), but most tapes are. Same can be said about the smell of the adhesive. What matters most to me is the quality and durability of the product, and Tape King tape exceeded my expectations. It is slightly thinner than other tapes I've used (Scotch and Duck brands), but is SO MUCH BETTER than anything I've used in the past! I had difficulty with Duck in particular, as the tape always lifted off the cardboard packages within an hour of my packing them. I've been using Tape King tape for a couple months now, and it has never lifted off the cardboard or come undone on its own. This tape has the perfect amount of adhesive, is the perfect thickness, and allows me to ship all of my packages with confidence. On top of all that, the price is unbeatable!! I cannot recommend this product enough. It's the only tape I'll use from here on out!
