WE USE THEM AT MY WORK FOR SECURING WATER LINES ON THE BACK OF FRIDGES. THE RUBBER COATING PROTECTS THE LINE FROM GETTING DAMAGED FROM THE CLAMP.

These are perfect! I used them to attach a wire basket to the wall in my laundry area. The rubber/vinyl coating grips the coated wire basket and hold it tightly when screwed to the wall.

They need to be about 1/2 the size that they are. I was literally shocked when I opened the box.
