Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s not as strong as I’d like and a little flimsy but it gets the job done. For our family of 5 we have a lot of shoes so this was a great cabinet buy. However, with bigger sized shoes the doors won’t close so you have lay them sideways and a little slanted.

I absoluty love them and are at a great price. Easy ton assemble I didn’t need help at all. My shoes look so organized and I just put up another one the look great.

The product does the job but made very cheaply

Cheap wooden but good storage. Had a lot of room for a lot of shoes. Also the paint smelled alittle wipe down before use.

Four stars for functionality and the directions are hilariously bad. It is a nice looking solid piece of furniture. I bought this for my husband‘s hat collection, that that had its own collection, of dust. It took me a while to put together after deciphering the instructions. On one side with the parts, it calls the pieces, one thing and the other side with the directions it refers to each piece with a different name. It was definitely written by somebody who does not have English as a first language. For example, it said not to loosen these screws When it actually meant don’t tighten the screws. And the last direction it said to re-screw the screws that did not screw before meaning now is the time to tighten up the screws that you did not tighten previously. Also, there were some very sharp pieces and I got a splinter while putting this together. Usually my favorite part is peeling off the plastic film that comes on the plexiglass to keep it from getting scratched and shipping. This was actually the worst part. Because the plexiglass was built into the frame with the film still on it, I could not get it off all the edges and there’s pieces of plastic sticking out with Chinese writing on it so you can clearly see there’s a layer is unable to be removed. Also know we’re in the directions did it say what those rubber pads were for. I assumed they were for keeping the cabinet doors from banging when they were closed, but after I was completed with the project, I realized they were only four pads, but five doors. I then realized they were for the bottoms of the feet, so they don’t scratch the floor. It would’ve been much easier to put these on while assembling the cabinet instead of after it’s upright with all the hats in it.Now for the functionality. Maybe it’s because of all the raw edges or because my floors aren’t level but you definitely need two hands to slide the doors in and out of the cabinet. It gets stuck on one side of the other and you have to shimmy it in. If you’re just opening the cabinet to look inside, it works pretty well. There is a peculiar gap between the bottom of the cabinet door and the shelf, but it’s not enough to get much dust in. It just looks a little weird. I also wish that the plexiglass door were not textured. This makes it difficult to see the hats to know which cabinet you want to open.Even with these few issues, I think it’s a solid product and if not for the $50 shipping fee, would have been worth the price of the cabinet. I decided on this product because I looked at hundreds of different cabinets, display cabinets, curio cabinets, shoe racks and hat racks, and this looked like the perfect height, length and depth with mostly see-through doors for my husband’s hat collection.
