Lightweight. BUT, it is quite flimsy and difficult to get back in the bag. I gave mine to Goodwill.

I opened / unfolded the stool, sat it on the ground for test sit. I slowly sat down and before I could put all my weight on the stool, it collapsed. Luckely I was braced for the fall. I weigh 160 lbs. I will not buy another one.

It was too good to be true. Comes as a lovely compact item that unfolds quickly and the bag becomes the seat. The rest is a joke. Uncomfortable to sit on and impossible to return to original package, even after watching the video. Oh well.

I have POTS so it’s important for me to be able to have a quick solution to sitting down that doesn’t involve sitting on dirty floors at stores or wherever i’m at. This was the perfect solution! It’s not small enough to fit inside of a purse, unless you carry a large purse however, I had no problem carrying it around the store. It unfolds very easily which is good for when you feel like you’re about to faint and need to act fast. It was also important to me to be able to fold it back up quickly when needed and it does just that! Perfect for what I need it for!

This review took a long time because I lost the stool. Looked all the expected places and didn't see it—because it's so much smaller than I remembered!And that's this product's headline: Smaller than any folding stool I've ever seen. It unfolds pretty easily and the nylon bag becomes the seat. Seems sturdy enough for me (185 lb) but not sure it can handle someone over, say, 225. But maybe so.Folding it is tricky, and satisfying once you figure it out.Super small, would easily fit in a small backpack or under a car seat, etc.

The Thistle 3 portable stool is a nifty stool that folds up small enough to put a couple in a day pack or in your RV storage box, plus it gives excellent comfort and seating support.My Thistle 3 was delivered in one day, came in a nylon bag and the legs just popped together as you start opening it up. Can’t ask for more than that in a small package that will deliver many years of service!I’m ordering more right now!Steve
