Your cart is empty.The TAL-2100ER is an all electric bottle label applicator designed to label bottles between 1" diameter and 5" in diameter. The operator places the bottle in carriage steps on a footswitch to activate the unit and wrap the label around the bottle. With speeds of 15-20 bottles per minute the TAL-2100ER will quickly and accurately apply your labels to your bottles. The TAL-2100ER is designed to label with opaque labels, in the case transparent labels are used an additional Photo Eye will need to be purchased for machine to operate properly. I wish to God somebody had told me what a nightmare this machine would be for me before I spent almost $2000 on it. Customer service is an absolute nightmare and nobody ever answers the phone or returned your calls. The first one I got was broken and they had to send me another one. To this day, I have not successfully been able to use it. I have tried every thing possible, and it simply does not work. It is way too finicky to actually get the labels on without bubbling or getting it straight. Please do not waste your precious hard earned money on this piece of equipment. π‘

Could not get labels to adjust correctly. Wasted over 50 labels trying to make it work. Returned the product. Trying for a more automated one.

First, I watched all the set up videos multiple times. After setting it up and getting a good label applied, next one all bubbled, then the wedding winder snapped the webbing.Stuck with it for 3 hours never got more than 4 good labels in a row. Roughly 9 out of 10 had to be reapplied.Terrible product.Oh and I had to disassemble the drive side because the carrier tray adjuster was assembled in such a way that it was impossible to loosen.

The machine works ok. The knobs for adjusting the plates holding the items to be labeled could be better as they are super small and come undone quite often. The brush that's supposed to smooth out the label is not very well attached (again, the knobs come undone). Requested to return the machine, the UPS picked it up and it's been over 2 weeks since it has been delivered to the Amazon warehouse (per the UPS tracking). This is a lot of $ to be waiting to be refunded.UPDATE: Had to contact Amazon and requested the refund, which was issued right away.

The machine promises to be great in a near future after few improvements. I am writing this review to let the company know what else would make a 5 start review machine. I spent the whole day trying to figure out how to set up the Label machine and I did not find the right video in youtube or website. I only found a video that shows you the type of bottles you can use but nothing for setting up step by step. I had to make some adjustments and the rollers are tightened with screws that require a special tool to loosen them up. I think if they use screws instead with handle, it would be easier to change the setting easier. The size of the roller was too small for my label size. I tried with a small bottle and after leveling the peeling plate in the right position, I was able to label 2 bottles. With few improvements and more step by step video support the Take-label machine will be a great tool to stick labels

Like another reviewer I tried 2 other label applicators both made in China. While they were much cheaper they were inconsistent, costing me extra time for constant readjustment and a few gray hairs to boot. Based on the made in USA and the rave reviews I decided to take a chance on this one. Iβm sure glad I did. Itβs much easier to load the labels and from the first time I turned it on I could tell it was much higher quality. It starts and stops so smoothly and I get perfectly positioned, straight labels every time. The seller is also responsive to questions and very kind. So glad to support a made in America company.

This is the third brand of labeler we have purchased. The first was a very cheap build with horrible instructions. The second did not have an eye or a rewind. This is by far the best labeler we have purchased and if it was less expensive, we would probably buy a couple more. The rewind is really important for us because our labels are on cellophane backing which clings to the rollers without a rewind. The set up was really easy. You can use either direction of unwind as long as the holder fits your container properly. The speed is great, although we did noticed it slowed when the rewind got pretty full. We unloaded the waste cellophane and it sped right back up. The eye is nice because after you press the pedal, the machine stops once one label has been applied. Some other machines require you to manually stop the machine which is more work and less accurate. Loading the label roll was easy, but we are a little scared to change it because it works to perfectly right now. Compared to hand labeling, which would take almost an entire day, we can label 500 bottles in less than an hour. Our labels are a finicky metallic BOPP and rarely show bubbles or wrinkles when we use the labeler. Very happy with this purchase and wish we had bought it first! Definitely worth the extra investment to have a machine that works.
