This ladder for the tailgate is definitely a plus to have if you hate the struggle of getting up n down out of the truck bed and think the upgraded ones ate over priced. It was easy to install and has two straps to hold it in place when not in use.

Mounted this item on the tailgate of my 2014 Ford F150. My truck has a thin plate covering a cavity so I had to align the holes on the mounting plate for the ladder on the perimeter of the plate in order to bite into the thicker sheet metal of the tailgate. Well made ladder with rubber feet included.Con: All of the fasteners that are meant to adjust your ladder height come as a bolt and nut pair. Needless to say that the vibrations when driving down the road are enough to cause the nut to loosen and drop off. Will be replacing these nuts with aircraft nuts that have the plastic inserts not allowing them to loosen.

The quality of ladder is amazing, seller package the well and delivery on time. The installation kind easy just follow the video and manual instructions. Two week ago, during moving heavy furniture, part of the strap for secure the ladder was broken, that is my mistake, because of careless attention put heavy box on top of it, so it was cracked. I contacted the seller directly, asking seller if I can buy parts to fix it, when seller know my situation give me fast response, just mailed a new part to me for free. The seller's dedication and customer care attitude is really great, I have to give seller 5 stars review. I will buy things again from seller in the future if needed.

The instructions are clear, however they don't warn you the the ladder will not lay straight on the tailgate, even in the commercial it flashes the finished installed ladder on the inside of a tailgate and if you look very closely, you can see the ladder is not straight with the top of the tail gate, so you will need to compensate for the angle so that the ladder will not show above the tail gate

Was very skeptical that this ladder would work when I recieved it. I layed it on the tailgate of my F-250 and while i held it in place had ny wife unfold the ladder over side of the tailgate. I then used the self drilling screws and attached the ladder. To my suprise the ladder works great. My wife is 5' 2" tall and uses the ladder to climb up into the bed of the truck with no issues. Since having the ladder mounted I have used it iften to climb into the truck bed.

This is the perfect solution to getting up into the bed of our 3500 Ram Dually! We are full-time RV'ers and keep a small ladder handy, but this is the solution we've been looking for. It stows tightly into the tailgate and is very sturdy. Couldn't be happier with this purchase!!
