Quality product, good value. 1½″ belts will work, but they tend to move. This 2″ belt solves what I’ve been putting-up with for years. Who ever came-up with this design solved every issue I’ve ever had with belts that carry gear. The reason it’s so sturdy is because there’s really 2 belts that create 1 to the exact size you want. Put this on snug and it’s going nowhere. How I wish I had this tactical belt years ago. I also purchased a pair of Propper Lightweight Tactical Pants to go with it. They look sharp together.

XXL (read the conclusion)Me: Waist 55 inch measured. Normal pant 50 tight 52 loose.Inner Belt:Be advised the inner belt is 58 inches as advertised. That mean I have 3 inches of overlap and i pull in about 2 inches and the best is snug and I dont have to mess with pulling up my pants all day.Outer belt:this runs very large comparted to the inner belt. It is set to about 56 inches and that is with the belt at it's smallest setting. I really kind of need the xl outer belt because I am losing weight and this one is not going to allow me to drop down 6 more inches like it advertises. Still though for 30 dollars in 4 months I'll order an xl.Conclusion:The only con to this belt for me is the size difference between inner and outer. The outer should be at 59 inches at its largest setting and 53 when it's smallest. The outer best is at least 4 to 5 inches too big for the inner belt. I would order 1 size down and order a cheap inner belt knowing that.Other side note: my previous belts were thinker and held stuff in place better. I'll need to find a way to lock everything on the belt in place so they dont slide around taking belt on and off.

This is a comprehensive system, containing an inner velcro belt, outer belt, 2 buckle styles, and 4 belt keepers.I am retired law enforcement, and this is the same setup I wore "on the job".Further, it is the same quality as the more well-known brands, but much less expensive.With many of the others, all you get is an outer belt that costs even more than this complete system!I am using it with a Safariland Tactical Duty Holster, and my new S&W Fullsize M&P M2.0 .45 ACP pistol, a really nice combo.I am more than pleased, and highly-recommend this product.
