Where was this when I was in school? This binder is full to the brim with features, starting with a pocket and identifying Velcro tag on the outside. The inside pockets has multiple pend holders and three slide pockets vertically and four more vertically, the bottom one having a mesh for something like a business card. The binder metal is strong and well made. The paper is high quality and lines are spaced just right for my notetaking. There are five adjustable tabs and three more translucent pockets in the back next to another pen holder that hold everything from business cards to one with a plastic zipper for papers clips and such. VERY WELL THOUGHT OUT, very well constructed, and since the papers can be removed and replaced you should get many years of use out of this.

Great portfolio; very well constructed and versatile without being overly bulky. Wish it came in more color choices, but it’s perfect for my needs.

A5 paper is not standard in the US. You can find refill paper easily enough on Amazon, though. The more common 5x7 paper is hard to find in a loose-leaf 6-hole design. If you want to use a basic 5x7 notepad (tear-off at the top), there's a slot inside the back cover that would work. The point is, this isn't designed for the US marketplace, but it's not that hard to use A5 paper. The 6-ring binder opens & closes with ease. It comes with some lined paper and 5 colored & tabbed dividers (heavy paperstock). There's 3 vinyl 'pages' for the binder too: a pocket with a zip-close on the long side, a pocket with a flap opening on the top side, and a page with 4 slots for business cards. The bookmark/ruler can be pulled out and put back without opening the rings. It has 20cm measurements along one side, to measure or draw a line. There's also 8in measurements in the middle. It's translucent, so you could use the Inches to measure something underneath. But you can't draw a measured line in inches because it's in the middle. Again, not designed for a typical US customer. The front cover has several long pockets that would be good for losing a few things - not sure how easy notes would be to get out once you put them in. There are 4 credit card slots, plus a visible ID slot. The slots could hold 2-3 cards each.Three molle elastics inside the front cover can be used to hold a pen, stylus, or other small item. Note that anything you put here will cover the card slots and make them harder to access. There's also an elastic loop on the back cover to hold a pen. This one will hold a pen nicely next to the paper without getting in the way.The cover has velcro strips, if you're attaching your military badges. For normal office/home use, that is probably a wasted feature. There's also a side-load pocket to slide things in for easy access. No closure, but the pocket is tight enough it should be useful for small things. The cover is sturdy. It provides a stiff writing surface. It's going to protect what's inside and will stand up to rough handling. The zipper has two tabs so it can zip from the top or the bottom. Not YKK, but the nylon zipper feels secure.Review for: Tactical Padfolio Ring Binder with Zippered, Refillable Planner Binder Tactical Portfolio Organizer for Men, Tactical Notebook Cover for A5 Folder, Small 6 Ring Binder Military Notebook Cover(Coyote)ASIN: B0DF2Y6GWR

This is a nice little zippered binder. I’m not really sure how to review this. The stitching is nice. The zipper is high-quality and it looks great.

I got this ring binder to send to my son who is in the army. I am planning to put some extra paper, envelopes, and stamps inside so he has a place to keep letters from home and send his own letters. Fingers crossed it won't get confiscated!!

As soon as I unboxed this folio I was very impressed by the materials and workmanship. The thick, durable nylon skin is tough as nails. It seems like it would take a lot of abuse. The velcro on the front will provide a cool way to label the folio with embroidered patches like uniform style name strips. If you like pockets, you will love this portfolio. Besides the large pocket on the front cover that takes up most of the area, there are an absolute ton of pockets inside. On the inside surface of the front cover, there are five credit card sized pockets, one of which has a transparent mesh front. Three more pockets are accessed horizontally from the binder ring side and finally three elastic bands are stitched in right above credit card pockets, presumably for writing utensils (I use for flash drives). One final pocket resides inside the back cover, which is large enough to accept a full 8.25” X 5.5” sheet of paper (the same size as the pages inside). Just outside that pocket is an elastic pen loop. Then, if all that wasn’t enough, the pages and accessories in the binder take it to a whole new level. First, a transparent plastic ruler/bookmark clips into the rings and is easily removable. Another, full-sized plastic insert similarly clips in and works great as either a divider or as a dry erase surface. Two features that I love about this binder that also worked together are the blank lined pages and the colored tab dividers. This allows for incredible versatility and customization. Finally, a zippered vinyl pouch is connected to the binder along with two more vinyl inserts with pockets on them as well. All things considered, this is an outstanding organizer with a ton of versatility.
