The stitching quality is really good for the price. I hold a decent amount. I wish the pockets was better for organization. The zippers are pretty nice I'd prefer the ykk zippers. The rip away is easy to use but stays in place when neede

Fits well on a battle belt or carrier with enough room to fit all issued med supplies while still slim enough to avoid snagging. Would recommend.

Really durable zippers and Velcro, price is super fair. Fits a lot; I have a life straw, a CAT tourniquet, a needle decompression pen, x2 chest seals, a Israeli gauze, x4 eye shields, trauma sheets, a gauze roll, and a big roll of surgical tape and there’s still room for small stuff like bandaids, medicine tablets, butterfly closer, etc if I wanted

Holds 2 CAT7 tourniquets, Israeli bandage, small single use CPR mask, and trauma shears perfectly. Velcro tear-away works perfectly on my visor, very happy with it.

1st: I am no expert in any way, doubly so when it comes to IFAK/CLS topics.TLDR=Over all I think it's better than the price suggests. I'm not disappointed nor pleasantly surprised. Would recommendDetails:-The pouch seems to be built well enough to be used as intended.-The material and stitching are good but not " fine work".- It's big enough inside to fit all the items pictured below (basic IFAC with some extras) with a little extra room as to keep the contents from being damaged by being crammed in.-The retention strap doesn't really tighten down as much as removes it's own slack.-The loop on the bottom that is implied to be used as a TQ holder is too small to be used as such and is not stretchy.-the "handle" used to pull pouch off of the carrier doest really fold out of the way, it will likely snag on stuff. I was able to roll it and tuck it slightly between the pouch and carrier, but with heightened activity it will come out and snag. (I will likely modify the handle)

Great little IFAK, stuffed to capacity with only essential life saving equipment and fits in my bag as part of my EDC. If you are looking for an IFAK that you can keep on your belt, in your bag, or vehicle, then look no further! Dont get me wrong, this item wont be the solution for everyone but the quality isn't bad too for the price and fulfills it's intended purpose.

I purchased this pouch to house my med kit that I keep on my battle belt. Overall the pouch is a good size and seems fairly sturdy. I bought a pre-built med kit to put in here and everything fit, but it was a little tight. The only thing I don't like about the kit is how the straps on the bottom hold the tourniquet. There really isn't anything securing it, the straps just kind of go over top of it. I wouldn't trust it to keep the tourniquet in place. Aside from that, the pouch is good to go.
