It is made of heavy duty 1000D Nylon so it lasts longer then the other vests made of the 600D Nylon which rips easier. It has four pouches in the front along with an Admin Pouch pocket above for your phone, extra battery, radio, or other items. It also has an additional pouch for the side or back for extra gear, snacks, kit,etc. . All pouches are attached to the PALS Molle and can be reconfigured to different locations on the vest. SIZE AND FIT It is adjustable for universal fit up to US Mens size XL (18"x40" so up to 40" waist). . It has a pocket in the front and in the back of the vest that can fit a foam pad for airsoft and paintball impact cushioning. Ready for any mission the operator requires! This is a great entry level tactical vest.

So I was excited to get my vest I am a heavy set dude and wear 2xl and waist is at 40 inches. Now in the description it says it hold a 45 inch waist and I do belive someone put a post saying he was 3so and it fit but silly it did not fit me at all you cant really adjust the velcro just the straps themselves so if max stretched you would look ridiculous without the velcro being attached the material is good and feels like it is a good vest but I did read the description and made sure it was suitable for my size but the description ended up lying which really does get to me as I was trying to avoid this.

Clearly says in the description fits up to XXL that's a damn lie thank you for lying in your description so I can waste my money so pissed off right now

When I got this I was pleasantly surprised by how well it is made. The stitches are even and very sturdy. Material doesn't feel cheap at all. Easily adjustable to get the perfect fit. Worth every penny. 5/5 quality and fit. Will definitely recommend to others.

My son purchased this with his birthday money. He uses it regularly during his air soft games. Fit him well, and has held together despite his constant use.

Good material and they look great, but they are smaller than they look in the picture. If you are 6 foot or taller you might want to look for a bigger vest but overall good vest.
