I live in a very humid area and these lamps dripped like crazy from the condensation, which is not safe when plugged in. Wish I could have kept them cause they gave off a great warm glow. The condensation means they really are made of salt though! If you live in a dry enough climate these will be great

I really enjoy the calming light these give off, especially with a 7 watt "transparent orange" colored incandescent bulb. The bulbs it comes with are OK and light up a hall well, but I prefer the softer glow of the aftermarket bulbs in my bedroom and dining room. I do have 1 in my entryway with a brighter, 15 watt clear bulb, though. Great quality for the money and the salt portion is solid, thick and each has their own unique texture and coloration. I've already bought 3 more boxes of these after using the first and gifting another box. Very relaxing!!!

I received the lights yesterday. They were packaged very securely in a hard box, with foam. The salt part is removable and the wrapped in plastic for protection and the pack includes 4 bulbs (two extra bulbs). It has an on/off button, so you don't have to remove it to turn it off. The base is a basic white plastic which is not very luxurious, but the molded salt topper is beautiful and allows quite a bit of light to shine through. I would purchase again, and may do so to have them in every room of my home for a gentle, relaxing, nighttime glow.
