Screw driver broke after first use! You would expect a kit that costs $20 to at least work for a few more repairs

Hello,I needed to find a tool kit that was good for working on any iPhone or small electronic device. This one works great for a great price. The packaging for the tool kit is strong and last great. I actually have now purchased two of them, one for the office and at home. I would highly recommend this product. Thanks,Braden

Its the only one with a case i found and a great price. I took a part a few IPhones and it has everything you need. The plastic wedge tool is ok for delicate pieces but if you want to pry use a small metal screwdriver. You must have a magnetic tip with these tiny screws so just rub a magnet on the bit and it works just fine.

Ordered this set to take an old iPhone 4 apart and fix the on/off button. The set works very well except the tweezer is useless. It is a blunt instrument for a delicate operation. If the tweezer was a fine tweezer I would have rated this product excellent but now I have to order a better tweezer to get the job done.Btw, the folks that complains about the set not being magnetic don't get that you don't really want to magnetize anything inside your phone if you can avoid it. A little bit of dexterity and good light ensures that you can do what you need done.

This set comes in very handy if you are someone who takes iPhones apart often or just someone who needs it once and then has it "just in case." The reason I give it 4 stars rather than 5 is due to the cheap plastic that went into making the two pry tools. I've used a few different makes of pry tool, and these are by far the worst. Sometimes you rely on a nice sharp edge when trying to pry the phone from the encasement, however, after just one use, my nice "sharp edge" has become dull and littered with shredded plastic. But what the plastic lacks, the screwdriver makes up for. It's ease of use out of 5 is a 4, only because it isn't magnetized. The metal that is used for the bits is sturdy and has dulled minimally after about 15 iPhone fixes, and the style of the handle is perfect (it allows you to maintain pressure on the screw whilst still spinning the bit itself thanks to the clever design on the top). The only problem I foresee is the bits not staying in the tool itself. It doesn't hold by magnetism, but rather just friction. I've switched bits a few times in it an it already feels "looser" when taking them in and out. Something to think about. Other than that, the suction cup works well and the SIM card removal tool is standard and works as intended. The tweezers are a nice addition, sturdy and long, however they are a bit impractical for the small screws that accompany a phone merely because it has such a large head. Overall, I would recommend this product over most other kits on here.

This is an okay toolkit. It contains 2 plastic pry tools which bent during the first use. The screwdriver handle is very small and sometimes I find it difficult to rotate it. Case is very well built though.

Initially, I chose this because I ordered a DIY kit to fix my phone. The tools that came with it were horrendous. I picked this up thinking I'd find a few uses for it. Have to admit, it was a very smart purchase. I fixed my glasses, tightened up my old iPod (loose screws rattling around) and I'm quite pleased with my purchase. My one and only negative thought is, I kinda wish the tips were magnetic. It'd be nice, but not a dealbreaker in the least. I highly recommend

I have bought a few few phone tool kits and this one ranks up with the best of them. The only downside was that the tips were not magnetized, but I was able to do that myself with a magnet I had in the garage. It was hard to find this on Amazon but once I saw it on another website and had the name I found it with no issues. I bought it to compare to another nice set I have and this is just as good. If your into repairing phones you can't go wrong with this kit.
