This tape was deployed when my elderly motjer in law came for a visit. The bathroom mats want to slide on the tile, Aland we didn't want a slip and fall. This held the mats in place for safety. My only hesitation i. Reccomending is that tye adhesive tends to pick up lint and becomes less sticky over time.

Great for attaching patches to an apron or any fabric rather than using glue.

When the description of this product labelled it "fabric" tape, I thought it was intended for use on cloth. Boy was I wrong. We have a party tent in our backyard where we keep an antique automobile for protection against the elements. The support frame for the tent is sunk into the ground to make it more secure in high winds. The wind and hot sun have been the most damaging to the tent. The stitching on the very top peak was beginning to fray. Working alone, I first used the tape to secure the tent's roof to the frame of steel pipe. The tape is double stick with reinforced fibers within. The fibers add a lot of holding strength to the tape. The adhesive within the tape is super sticky. We're talking one, maybe two tries and it is stuck in place. I placed the tape along the steel frame then wrapped the tent's roof edge around the pipe. Ta Da! it stuck firmly and securely! I worked my way along the roofline and stopped just short of the peak. Then I did the other side. When I got to the peak, I overlapped the fabric where the stitching had come unravelled. The bond was amazing. We're talking stuck in place and not coming apart. I did it all without help so it's not as pretty as I would have liked. The real test came yesterday when we were pounded with high winds. Some were 35mph and it blew most of the day. I am so impressed with the tape job and how well it held. Easy to use and will be even better when I can get a helping hand. Will probably do the other end for security. Good value and lots of possibilities for other applications.POWERFUL HOLD

I had a problem with the insoles in one pair of my shoes coming out and sliding around while i was wearing it. I used this tape in the insoles and they have stayed in place. It worked great.

Redecorating required the shortening up some lighter weight bedroom drapes for relocation to another room in the home. Choose this tape as didn’t have the usual gear for using the iron-on hemming-type tape.A small test sample was constructed using a piece of an old tee shirt and applying just hand pressure to join the surfaces with the tape. After a day the pieces were still holding tightly together and were very resistant to being separated. The sample was then gently hand washed and allowed to dry. Afterwards the sample showed no loss of adhesion between the fabric pieces. For the life that is left in these seasoned drapes, this fabric tape will definitely do the trick and do so at a reasonable price.

I'm using this tape for the following problems and am satisfied with its performance.1. I have wooden floors from the 1890s with a finish that I haven't been able to make sense of yet and I want to be careful with it.2. I have runner rugs whose corners want to curl up and pose a tripping hazard.3. I have runner rugs that won't stay put on the padding beneath them and I have to adjust them several times a day.Now my corners stay down, and my rugs stay put on the pad. The tape pulls up from my floors without leaving stains, marks or residues. I am using the LEAST amount of tape possible and right now, this seems to last about a week, before needing some minor adjustments. The tape sticks better to the floor than the fabric, so sometimes I just pull the tape up off the floor and start over with fresh. Each time, the tape comes off cleanly. Each time I do this, it reinforces the idea that this is safe for my floors and I'm becoming willing to use more tape, so I anticipate, it will need less adjustment and I'll get more time out of things. But for just taping down the corners of a 16 foot runner, I think that's pretty impressive performance, as this is a high traffic area.

This fabric tape is exactly what we need to hem some of our longer pants and sleaves. The 33 ft roll of this double sticking tape came well protected from drying out or getting too humid to get too sticky. There is a light brown backing to protect the double sticking glue so it’s easy to peel off without destroying the glue.Once I peeled the brown backing, one side of the sticky side is exposed. All I have to do is to lay it over the part of the wardrobe (and in my case the pant’s hem) and then peel the other end, fold over and there it is stuck to each other, as tight as stitching. Now I am not sure whether I should iron over it like I would do for other fabric tape. It seems to hold so well that I think I can skip the ironing part. No instructions came with it and the product description does not say anything about ironing over. It can withstand wide temperature range. The description also says that it can also be used to hold throw carpets down as well as sticking may other household items using this tape.Comes in 1” x 33 ft length which is more than I need at this time for just clothes mending. Great product that exactly accomplishes its purpose.
