So I just happened to have an old glass shower door under the house, watched a video about how to break it safely. All you do is lay it on a Tarp wrap some more on top the glass then give it a bonk. This thing totally did the job first swing which surprised me because my Tarp was on the heavy side and this little doo hicky is on the light side.I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO USE IT IN A REAL WORLD SITUATION!I'm confident it'll do the job.

after watching the mythbuster about surviving in a flooded car, i think this would be a great addition to have in the glovebox/center console.nice design, looks better than the other options on the market.

Easy to fit in my emergency kits. Glad to have it. My only issue is that the rubber cover falls off fairly easily.

Well designed, strong durable plastic with secured metal hammer heads and knife blade. Easy fit in car consol / side door storage. Will do the job it was designed for in time of emergency. Plan to purchase two additional for my sons.

I would give it 5 stars but there is no mounting bracket for the hammer, in a an accident or roll-over, things can get confusing, the hammer needs to be visible and at arms reach not in a glove box or centre console where in can be stuck or fall out and unable to be located. It's a safety hammer, safety first!

I am happy to say we haven’t had to use this tool yet. But after watching(on the news) three men rescue a man from a burning car on the highway. We knew we needed to have this in the car at all times. It’s better to have it and not use it, than to need it, and not have it. It feels well made and would work well. I highly recommend having this to everyone who drives. You just never know.

Haven’t had to use ( thank heavens), but the sturdiness and design of the product gives me total peace of mind that it will do what it is supposed to, if needed. I have one in each car!

This is a product that you cannot really review. I mean, I could go my whole life without breaking a window or cutting a seatbelt. I surely will not test it out on my personal vehicles, nor do I have the desire to seek out a donor car door with intact window for demonstration purposes. However, this device feels sturdy as it has a nice weight to it and I think it is a good addition to keep in the vehicle. I think this is a great price point for two of these devices. I mean I've spent $10 on a lot worse over my lifetime. If I have to use this device and it fails, I will surely make an update to my review, but I feel this will work when or if the time comes.I personally think this is a good tool to have not only to potentially save yourself, but to save others. In the later part of 2019, how many times do we read about children dying in hot cars? It's never going to stop. To add to that, look at videos of people trying to break car windows, it's harder than most expect. This device provides peace of mind that you can not only help yourself, but others if the need arises.
