I was a little nervous about buying a “more affordable” less-known brand toilet, but have absolutely no regrets. We needed a 10” rough in and I wanted the trap way skirted so there were few choices.This works perfectly, and the look is exactly what I wanted. The seat is a little flimsy which is the only reason it’s not a 10/10. I would buy it again

This turned out just about perfect with minor complaints. During renovations, found the rough-in to be 10" and had to find a suitable option. Initially, was against the tank button flush option however, the buttons are sized for easy press and medium push. With the original toilet an older, standard model, the tank width and height is different which required some perspective adjustment. The seat size seems perfectly fine being a standard elongated bowl and after some time with this, the seemingly unusual tank size now isn't unusual and actually provided some benefit with the more spacious areas provided on both sides. The seat itself does seem a little lower quality and has deep grooves on the underside which makes cleaning a little challenging (have not tried the quick release yet). The Matte Black color is an eye catching visual and while the color hides some blemishes, it also shows every little bit of dust that may be on the toilet. Definitely scratch-resistant And non-porous. Easy to wipe down although that may be needed every couple days. Needless to say, this added charm to the existing facilities, does work well with no squeaking during the flush process and yes, the flush may be considered a little louder perhaps due to the vortex flush and only lasts about 5 seconds. All-in-all, this was a great option so far.

We purchased this product to replace a toilet with a custom rough-in of 10 inches. The toilet is great and stays very clean on the outside which we like, but it makes terrible squeezing noises after flushing. It started making noises about a week after install and it's only getting worse. Warranty claim hasn't been easy because the company seems to only take phone calls and won't communicate via email. Not pleased with this purchase.Update: company finally sent us a new part, but we had to pay a handyman $225 to install it and fix several other issues with the toilet. It's great now, but not worth all the heache and extra expense.

Pros:- Looks simple and beautiful. Water pipes can be hidden well.- The vortex flush feature makes sure it flush the whole surface in the toilet.- Dual flush to save water.Cons:- The material of the toilet seems a bit prone to have dirt stuck to the surface.- The seat feels a bit cheap and is not that stable.

Tight spaced pain in the butt to tighten down the bolts via the little potal holes but it's a handsome throne when the installation is complete.

Not bad for the price. Lid and seat are plastic and the plumber couldn’t keep the seat from moving a little. He tightened it as best he could.

The toilet worked very well in our powder room. It was sent well packaged and delivery was seamless. They brought the toilet to our garage since its the service i ordered and Amazon was careful, on time and courteous. Its very contemporary, not too low or too high. Just perfect for our space.
