No idea how these go any kind of ratings, if you love big wet spots underneath then yes they are great. I have a new puppy and I want him to go outside but he can’t always make it, I have these by my back door for accidents. Everything soaked through so I doubled then triple stacked. Puppy isn’t missing the pads, moisture just goes right through them or off of them. Cleanup is gross because they hold nothing urine will drip off. I don’t plan on using pads long they are just my backup right now so not buying more. Don’t waste your money on these unless you’re just using a week or two and overlapping and stacking pads is no issue. Quality is lacking, they are cheaper but you get what you pay for, low quality leaky pads.

Stay put on the floor and absorb great. Couldn't beat the price, payed under 16 dollars for a 100 pack! Great deal and a quality product. I liked that even if these were soaked they didn't leak on the floor.

My little girl will use these . She smells them and there have been other brands that she will not use. So far, they have been great. Tea cup Chihuahua, 3 pounds uses them and the size is good.

I normally pay $20+ for 100 pads. When I found these pads for about $15 per 100, I took a chance and bought 3 packages. Found they were just as good as the more expensive ones. So I considered these pads at the price I paid to be a Best Buy. I hope they don’t raise the price.
