Packaging was top notch. Each cup and saucer were neatly packed via nice shock absorbing puffy foam, and the box itself with thick foam, really thick to protect the package. Cup is pretty, highly functional and is as described. Note: color is not exactly white but rather it’s off-white. Capacity is perfect for expressing, feels great, and looks durable enough but time will tell.

i ordered 6 espresso cups - 2/6 of the cups were chipped, 1/6 handle had come off and one of the plates arrived in half.

I absolutely love these espresso cups, they are very cute and also elegant, they are thick what is a plus, love the quality and looks very high end for the price.

I bought 60z cups. perfect for cappuchinos. Not too big or small. It makes the whole experience so much better. Nothing came broken and they are all good quality.

Sturdy little cappuccino cups and saucers!Arrived well packed and immediately started cheering up my morning coffee!Cups feel good in my hand, they are dishwasher safe, and are exactly the right size for my cappuccino.

I have owned this set for more than 5 years. I drink tea out of any one of them everyday, and use the whole set when guests come over. Needless to say, these cups have gone to the dishwasher hundreds of times. They haven't lost color at all. They are so well made and beautiful. I love this set!

I've been really liking the "4 oz" cups. The glazing is decent quality and the cups feels solid. I love the colors they come in. The handles are a bit small so if your hands are on the larger side you may not be able to fit a finger through. Unlike what the product image states these do not hold 6 oz at capacity, only 150 ml/5 oz. So do be aware of that if you're trying to get these as a cheaper alternative to 6 oz NotNeutral Linos. Either way 5 oz is a flexible size well suited to almost all styles of espresso and for making drinks sized between a cortado and a cappuccino/flat white. Overall I'm happy with my purchase for $20 and would easily recommend these to someone on a budget with the caveats above.
