This is the first Swedish style pipe wrench I've ever used, and I'm impressed with the quality and design. It's hefty at 2.8 pounds, and the one I received measures 18" includes in length from tip to tip. The teeth are machined for a strong bite. The rotating mechanism is easy to turn with one finger and stays securely in place when the jaws are against a fitting. I recently used them while installing a sump pump, and really appreciated the extended size and grip strength! It's a high-quality, versatile wrench in my toolbox.

Quality for the price is excellent, materials are good and build quality is acceptable. These are sturdy and do the job. Swedish style wrench is different than usual pipe/monkey wrench but are handy for certain situations.

It's okay compared to a normal pipe wrench. Not the greatest for tight fittings.

My first time buying this style of wrench, but glad I did. Functionally, it’s a hybrid that falls somewhere between channel locks and vice grips, but the bite is square, so there’s less risk of stripping a nut. For round pipe, it’s hard to beat a good’ole pipe wrench, but in a narrow space, this wrench gives you room to clamp down with little motion, leaving what room you do have to actually turn something. I’ll admit, the lower handle (rod, shaft) that adjusts, is a bit narrower than I would like, when it comes to gripping it. And it does flex a bit, when you really torque the wrench. Nonetheless, it worked for me

The grip capacity is good and it performs the job well, but it is just a bit big than I thought.
