I encountered serious issues with this product. I use, test and/or install virtually 100% of the items I order on Amazon Vine. I feel I can write better reviews if I make that effort. In this case I needed to visit my automobile mechanic so he could do the installation. Installation of these sway bar links was not a DIY (Do It Yourself) project for me. The design of these two links is not the issue - they appear to be almost identical replicas of the OEM product. The problem is the quality, principally the "hardness" of the metal used in the manufacturing process. My mechanic spent close to an hour trying to tighten these sway bar links to an appropriate level. That job should take minutes on each side. Please look at my two pictures as they give evidence of the issue. First, notice in the first photo that the "bar" part of the sway bar link on the left bent during attempted installation. The problem depicted in the second photo gives evidence of an even bigger issue. The bolt should be protruding precisely in line with the "bar". Installation was not attempted on the "bar" on the right in the photo. Please note it is in perfect directional alignment with the "bar". Please notice the connective piece on the "bar" on the left is badly bent and now at an angle to the bar. My mechanic insists that the metal was "too soft" to tighten the sway bar links properly and parts ended up bending. This product was unusable - so I purchased the OEM part elsewhere and my mechanic finished the job. If I had attempted the installation myself I would have rated the product one or two stars. But, I did not moniter the installation by my mechanic and, although highly unlikely, he may have made an error that led to the parts bending. But, please note that the OEM part was installed by the same mechanic with no issues whatsoever. I settled on three stars to warn potential consumers to exercise caution without being unduly harsh to the vendor. But, this was disappointing as I regularly install 3rd party parts on my vehicle, most from Amazon, with no problems.

My old ones were shot so these worked well to replace for the price, installed fairly easy as well.

They fit. That’s about the only thing that matches the description. Basically each pair you get consists of a bolt, a nylon locknut, 1 metal spacer sleeve, 4 rubber bushings and 4 flat washers. The nut and bolt wrench size is bigger than the stock 15mm size, I used an 11/16 wrench on the new bolts. I also reused the plastic spacers from my old rods, and skipped using the extra pair of flat washers since the plastic spacers are flared out on the ends. They’re the right length but they just feel like a cheaply made solution.

This item shipped and arrived fast. These front sway bar end link are a very easy install and fit just like OEM on a, 2015 GMC Acadia. These sway bar links come with grease zirc fittings so you can maintain them better than stock during fluid changes and new ball joint nuts. These links are the exact same length, diameter, and solid steel core as OEM and the ball joint threads are machined well and fit tight. The price was fair compared to local stores and the quality is just as good as any other aftermarket part in my opinion. Save yourself a few bucks and order a set of these. I rated these 5 stars.

I normally buy OEM parts, but for things like these sway bar links, I don't see much need. They're all probably made in the same plant on the same machines with the same steel. These look just like my originals, which didn't have grease fittings either but held up for many years. These come with locking nuts, and the end of the screw has a place to insert an Allen wrench to hold it from turning. They look as well made as the originals. Now, if they just hold up for a few years, I'll be happy.
