Easy to replace. You'll have to disconnect the control arm from the frame to have leverage on the bottom screw as well as the tie rod to pull the control arm out. That's the only hard part about doing it on a Pontiac G6 2007. So if you need to replace those as well then go for it. Get a grease gun with a needle attachment to grease the boots.
