I found these under the “buy it again” part of my previous orders. I wanted to make sure that I got what I got last time. I ignored the reviews about quality change. When I opened them to start my dermaplaning client, and touched her skin, the blade wouldn’t even GLIDE! It CAUGHT on her skin because it was so jagged and jenky. I immediately looked extra close and noticed that these blades are so badly made that they look serrated. I attached a video of the good blade vs the bad blade and how the good one slices through the gauze and the bad one (these) catch on it because they’re so jagged. I can’t believe these made it out of the factory. Do not ignore the reviews. Do not purchase. These are complete trash, and could really hurt someone. I wouldn’t use them if they were free!

The quality of this product has deteriorated! This is the 6th time I’ve bought this item from this manufacturer.previous purchases were great! This box of blades are worthless! They are SO dull, I can’t even use them!!! They do not do the job at all, it’s like picking up a daisy razor that’s been used for a year non stop. It doesn’t shave AT ALL. Won’t be buying from this manufacturer again. Waste of $40!!

I am a licensed esthetician and i’ve been ordering these for 3+ years and something has changed. The blades are SO dull and so thin, not at all the same quality. The packaging is different too. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

These are the all time best blades for dermaplaning I've ever used! I've be dermaplaning for 3 years in my esthetic practice, I've typically leaned towards the size #14 bades. However, the size #14 blades have a sharp point at the tip that I had to put a smidge of tape on to prevent nicking the skin. These on the other hand are purely designed for the purpose of dermplanning it seems, and they maintain their sharpness!!Pro-Tip - if you find that your blade is losing its ability to cut hair, or adding irritation to skin. Wet the the skin with water, then blade. You'd never run a dry razor along the legs! The same concept should be considered when blading hair and skin on the face.

I'm an esthetician and have been dermaplaning for quite a few years. I also teach dermaplane, my business, TA Spring Advanced Esthetics. I used to buy blades from dermaplane Pro for just a little bit until I was able to find the distributor, Southmedic, they are located in Canada. They stops distributing directly to US and will only distribute to dermaplane Pro, whose prices are ridiculously inflated. However, I was grandfathered in so I can get the blades for my students from southmedic as I already had an account. The blades are just under a hundred for 50 blades. Now I found this for just under a hundred for a hundred blades. The 10r is a little shorter, which is great for getting around the corners of the nose and underneath the brow. I dermaplane every parts of the face, the nose, neck, and ears if needed. This blade will allow you to do this with less chance of nicking if you are new to dermaplaning or new to dermaplaning these areas. The tip is more round then the blade I was getting from Southmedic. This is now my go-to favorite blade.
