Very well made however PLEASE watch a YouTube tutorial on how to insert and remove the blades if you don’t know how otherwise you can seriously injure yourself. It isn’t difficult as long as you know the proper way to handle the blade without getting sliced, so take a minute to learn proper insertion/removal before handling.

I was skeptical of this scalpel handle from the listing, as the cost was considerable higher than other. When it arrived I immediately put it to use ( I restore antique clocks) and was pleasantly surprised. There IS a difference when you pay a bit more for a premium product. The handle is well balanced, easy to grip and holds the blade tightly. Definitely recommend this.

I bought a different brand of scalpel handle that was not well engineered and it was a huge struggle to clip in the blade. This is well engineered and the blade clicks in perfectly. Thank you for a well engineered product!

I wanted this as a threadripper, for sewing. I have larger hands, and wanted a bit more to grip. This works very well. And blades were inexpensive and seem to last well. I purchased two. The other I will add to my medical kit. Not a pro, or even mid level medic type, but... it could still easily come in handy, for myself or someone around with the skills but no kit. The blades are packaged so as, I believe, to be clean from the start.Very nice. And, should I ever need to dissect a frog, or such... I could do that. If... I don't think so. That was so sophomore? Freshman? Something.
