It has a low melting point and narrow melt range; suitable for brazing aluminum alloys. High zinc content relative to other aluminum filler metals provides increased wetability. I needed this to join my aluminum a/c condenser to copper lines to make my air cooler for my compressor. This worked exactly how it should. Some people say you use slot of it to make a braze with it but I didn’t. I used barely a third of it for both fittings, I think the problem some people are having is to make sure you get the base metals hot enough for the solder to flow out not just burn and fall off.

Use it on a 2 1/2 ton evaporator coil that had a leak and it worked perfect!I have fixed several coils with this !!!

Can be better, quality wise, you need a whole pack to solder 2 joints

Try braising cover to aluminum with other rods no luck with this one was a peace of cake fix my frig in no time.
