For the price this is an awesome eyepiece. Great exit pupil and FOV. Svbony products are well made and affordable. This is my first 2" eyepiece purchase and could not be happier with it.

This eyepiece is just an eyepiece, but it feels really high-quality. It has a lot of weight to it, and it acts exactly as it should. Great price for the product.

I'm switching over to the 2-in size eyed pieces so I bought this 26 mm and it's been a really good eye piece, of course it matters what type of telescope you're using, if you're using a fast telescope like F/5 then you're going to have some problems on the edges but all my telescopes are f/10 and above and it works quite well in those, there's still a little distortion on the very edge but not too bad. I also use this eyepiece during the daytime and it does quite well so it's really a good quality eyepiece for the money.I've got two of them now so I'm a happy camper.

I have an 8 inch f6 Dob telescope. This eyepiece provided a nice immersion experience when viewing Large star clusters (M45) Nebula (M42/43) and galaxies (M31/33). Good on-axis view. Some distortion noted at 70% out from the center of the view, with astigmatism producing seagull-like distortions at 90% out from center. You may want to consider a more expensive eyepiece with more lens elements if you telescope has a focal ratio less that f6. If you are an eyepiece perfectionist, this eyepieces is not for you. But if you want an immersion experience at a modest scope, this is a good eyepiece to consider.

I bought this eyepiece for my 8 in Dobsonian, I needed a wider FOV. I weighs a good amount and is fully multi coated. It fits nicely in an average 2 in focuser. I used it to view the Pleiades and M42(The Orion Nebula) and all the stars are in the wider FOV.

I had other more expensive eyepieces in my list but after some positive reviews decided to take a chance on Svbonny. My thinking was for $58.00 if it doesnt perform, I'll return it, right? Boy am I glad I went with Svbonny. The eyepiece is well constructed, eye relief is confortable and the views are shrap and crisp and clear. Images are shrap to the edge of the field focusing to sharp diamonds on velvet. I use it on a 60mm F7 achro, an F10 C11 and 10" F4 Newtonian. Recomend 100%.

I skeptically purchased the SVBONY 154 26mm expecting many flaws for such a bargain price. I've owned the legendary 24mm Panoptic eyepiece for 15+ years. (The 24mm is so good, it's used price is steadily increasing, not declining, over time.) But the SVBONY 154 was great in my 8" f/10 SCT. I was stunned how sharp it was. As far as I could tell, the promised 70-degree AFOV was correct. I can imagine doing an entire astronomy outreach program just using the 154.Some comparisons and limits: The Pan weighs 8 oz vs the 154's 11oz. The 154 is a 2" eyepiece so any filters would be 2" also ($$). Of course, the telescope would need a 2" focuser. I can report that the 154 works fine in the popular photography adapter, NexYZ.I'm a little concerned about the eye-cap. It should be fine if you don't switch it between eye-mode to glasses-mode. But it's more stiff than most eye-caps and so it might not tolerate frequent adjustments. A good eye-cap is essential when viewing from an illuminated location. There are many high-quality 24mm-26mm eyepieces on the market. But the SVBONY delivers an amazing view for a novice-friendly price.

If you have a scope that can fit a 2" eyepiece then big yes on this. Its not too much, and compared to my scopes eyepieces this was a huge upgrade.Pros:-Great field of view-good quality lenses (to my untrained eye anyway)-Good eye relief (not hard to align your eye with it)I haven't found a con yet but ill update if i do.P.s. My wife has bad eyes and is the reason i was looking for a good 2". She was able to see ☄️C/2022 ZTF through this so i cant say we're disappointed. The image above is that same comet through the scope. If you're curious my Pixel 5 has a night exposure setting that allowed me to take that picture.

I compare this to my Saxon 21mm SWA (68 deg). The Saxon definitely has less coma than the Svbony (seen through my f5 dob)! That is pretty much the only complaint I have about the glass in this eyepiece, otherwise the centre of the image is clear and sharp. The outer build quality isn't that high comparable to the Saxon but that doesn't really matter (things like rubbers slightly overhang). Eye relief is fantastic and is great for the price you pay. I am pretty sure that the SV154 is just a carbon copy of the GSO SWA but sadly cannot compare. No regret buying this eyepiece for the price can nearly get the entire of subaru/pleiades into the eyepiece.
