This pair of axles arrived with one of the inner joints separated inside the boot. I contacted the seller and they asked for pictures and said they'd see if something could be done (I just wanted to exchange for another one), but they never got back to me again. I was eventually able to pop the joint back into place and install the axle on the car, but waiting for them to respond was a big waste of time.Also, there is a lot of vibration with these axles. They don't seem very well balanced. I can't imagine buying this brand or from this seller again.UPDATE 3/15/23: The separated joint failed completely and still no help or response at all from the seller. I've tried contacting them here, through their website, and also calling them, but there has been no response at all. Their website claims they warranty all their parts for two years, but good luck actually contacting them if a part fails. I need to get my car back on the road, so I bought a Cardone axle.
