The bike rack is poorly made. I tightened the screws as tight as possible (to the point where I cannot physically tighten it any further), yet it consistently shifts around as I ride my bike. The top screw connected to the seat post rotates every 5 minutes of riding. This causes my board to hit the bikes wheel. Also, the screws holding the posts rotate as well causing my surfboard's tail to scrape the ground and the nose to point up to the sky every 5 minute of riding. It is extremely flimsy. You will have to readjust and tighten your screws every 5 minutes and it is a hazard to scrape and break your board.
