120V AC to 12V/15V AC Multi Tap
Converts 120 volt AC household voltage to 12V/ 15V AC safety voltage, choose either terminal to connect landscape lights as required. Dual voltage output terminals design helps compensate for voltage drops in high-wattage or longer wire.
2 Zones Control & Overload Protection
Allows you to set up 2 Zones for independent control of your lighting system. Overload button bounces when overloaded, effectively protect the powered lighting from damage. Total wattage of the transformer is 120W, with no limit for each output, connect it breezily.

These units worked great - until they didn't.The photocell feature failed and unfortunately there is no easy fix.I gambled that the first one was a lemon - but they both failed.No easy way to contact the seller either.The company email is undeliverable, and the mailing address seems to be a family residence.DON'T BUY.

I bought this transformer because it offered 12 or 15v ac power; 15v is good for longer runs of wire. My lighting has less than 100 w of LEDs, and this unit outputs up to 200 watts with the option of using 2 zones. In 4 months, zone 2 stopped working. The lights just blinked on and off. I switched my setup to zone one, and today barely into the 7th month, all the lights were blinking on and off - on for less than a second and then off for 5 seconds or so. After both episodes I tried the reset button, switched the system on and off repeatedly, tried different timer settings and so on, but nothing worked. The unit would not stay on, and would immediately click off. It would stay in the time modes, but I have it on a smart plug inside the house. It’s never been exposed to rain or weather fluctuations. It just died. I thought it had a 1 rear warranty, but I don’t see that in the listing.After I left this review I was contacted and a replacement unit was sent to me within a few days. I had already installed another 12v unit from another manufacturer, but the lights were much dimmer. When I tested the voltage at the end of the wiring run, only 7.6 volts were available. Like I said in the first review, I liked the 15v option, and had used it. On reinstallation of the replacement, the lights were at the maximum brightness, and the terminal voltage was a much better 12.2v. The Suralelec features 2 zones, so it appears there’s power to expand the lighting or increase bulb wattage. I probably just had a faulty unit, and Suralelec definitely backed their product. I’ll update this review if necessary.
