I needed something to lift my drapes off the floor, but this was not the best choice for what I wanted to do. I should have ordered the kind of tie back that mounts to the wall. But these are really cute. I will find another use for them. I would not hesitate to buy them if you don't need to use them to lift the curtains off the floor.
