The replacement process was completed within approximately 15 minutes, including the removal and reinstallation of the dishwasher.It is unfortunate that the entire component must be purchased to replace a relatively inexpensive rubber component that is easily detachable. However, this is not a reflection on the quality of the part or the seller.

$400 quote from local appliance repair. Looked up dishwasher model and found the part number, bought it from here for 1/4 price, cross referenced part number in YouTube and changed it out myself in 10 minutes. Easy fix, perfect replacement part. Seriously enter the part number in YouTube and it’ll show you step by step

An internet search for my specific part number offered this cross-reference part on Amazon. The description for the part describes a cross-reference chart for part numbers but is not accessible. That is my only criticism. I paid a premium price for overnight shipping, and instead got two day service because of a weekend holiday. Prior inquiries with repair shops were offering appointments no sooner than a week to 10 days just to provide consultation for a fee that applies to the repair work after they get the part and come back to install it. The part/assembly fit like the factory part, fixed the job in a half day and all-in-all provided a cheaper alternative to the repair shops.
