I love this quilt. This item is more of a Coverlet than a quilt. It is also more of a Mocha Brown than a Taupe. I love the length. I have a quilted top and a semi high king bed. We are constantly fighting for cover all night. This is lightweight but not thin due to the Jacquard weave. It still did not come to the floor but the first that I have to hang on my sides past the box spring. Wash on cold and lay to dry should be great. 100 cotton, don't want to risk shrinkage.

I LOVE the perfect weight and luxurious feel of this bedspread. Not too heavy, not too light weight. The size is more than generous. My color choice is so pretty. I have already had to spot clean it and the color didn’t fade.

When I pulled this blanket/spread out of the packaging I was totally impressed: soft, perfect color, heavy...everything I had asked for. My first dislike was the size. It is an odd size and at first I thought I had it turned wrong on the bed, but no it's just an odd size. Too much spread for every side of the bed. Maybe its a king, but no, checked and it says queen. From side to side, spread goes to about 4 inches from the floor, too short to be a full bed spread but too short to use with a dust ruffle. The extra length on the bottom we just tuck way under. The second thing I didn't like was personal and nothing to do with quality. It looked like something my grandmother would have had on her bed. Certainly did not go with my Oriental rug. We have had this spread for several months. My 14 pound dog gets on and off the bed all day. The bed has become snagged in many places and will have to replace soon. So beware if you have a put that gets on your bed. This has not happened with any other spreads we have had so not sure if this involved quality or my dog.

Okay ya'll,I'm 65yrs old and when I give a review...I'm honest and straight forward.I hate reviews that tells you nothing about the item except it's pretty.Those don't help you decide if this item is for you or not.1st of all this looks like a Camel color to me but it's beautiful.It's like a tan brown not dark brown.I absolutely love the color.Now for the material..It's 100% cotton but the texture reminds me of corduroy...but I like it very much and it's not rough.I ALSO DON'T THINKIt's light weight that's why I gave it a 3 stars on that.To me it has some weight to it and will work in all seasons.My bedroom is Western with Indian statues, indian and cowboy pictures and antique lamps.This fits right in.** As for the fit **My bed is 31 inches tall from the floor to the top of the mattress.This bedspread covers my rails on the side but is very long at the end.I'm going to have to pull it up to the top and fold it under my pillows unless I have it cut and rehemmed.I'm a very picky person when it comes to decorating my apartment and staying on my budget.I was lucky enough to find this for 30.00 from a seller on Amazon who said it's in like new condition.I decided to try it and I'm glad I did.It came in the original packaging and doesn't look like it's ever been opened.It looks really nice on my bed.

This is a lightweight coverlet, but that is perfect for Florida where we don't ever need heavy blankets. The color is accurately depicted, and the size is great. We put it on a double bed and the sides go within a few inches of the floor. On a queen mattress it would be shorter, of course, but we didn't want to use a skirt. I anticipate being able to fit this into my washer, too, which makes keeping it clean so much easier. The shams are easy to fill because the opening is at the end of the sham, not in the middle like most. Overall, very happy with this purchase - it looks nice with my Victorian bedroom furniture and drapes.

Weiß zwar nicht was für ein Muster das sein soll aber es lässt den Stoff qualitativ hochwertiger wirken daher bin ich zufrieden. Die Farbe ist auch so dunkel wie auf dem Bild allerdings etwas heller bei Tageslicht als schwarz, was aber kein Problem ist.

I have been searching for a reasonably priced matelasse for some time. This one is much softer than any I have previously owned. It looks great on the bed.I bought a double size for a twin bed because I wanted it to reach to the floor. I knew it would be too long but once washed, it shrunk ( since it is cotton) so the fit is perfect.Very cozy but not too hot. Old age makes me hot all the time. In cold weather, I use an extra cotton blanket on the bed.Great purchase!

I want to start off by saying we do very much like this spread; however, it wasn't quite what I expected. We purchased a new king size bed set this summer for which finding bedding has been more difficult than we expected. The mattress is 15" deep so the duvet we purchased didn't fully hide down the sides of the mattress. We just couldn't find an extra wide one that wasn't $300. So we saw this bedspread and decided to try it. The description said it was light weight, but I don't think I thought it would be this light weight. It more like a blanket than a bedspread so it looks a bit informal That being said, this does work for us and my husband likes that the paisley pattern is very subtle. It more than covers the mattress and it was a good price point for us. I do want to rave about the pillow shams. They are nice constructed and big; king size pillows fit nicely. The shams together completely cover the space at the head of the bed, which is something our former set did not. Note that the white is not a bright snowy white. It isn't cream and it isn't a winter white, but it definitely not as bright a white as our sheets and former duvet. It is just a tad bit warm in its hue.

Pleasantly surprised by this considering the price. Very pretty. Soft material, light to medium weight, perfect for South Carolina weather. It’s the biggest one I have seen, which is what I wanted. I got the king size and even tho I still have a bed skirt, it comes about 3 or 4 inches above the floor. It’s long enough be a few inches above the floor, yet still go over and tuck under pillows (like you would a bedspread). I got the ivory; it’s a true neutral cream ivory. No warm or gold tones and no grayish tones. The pattern/texture is subtle and very pretty. I haven’t washed it yet (although I did put it in a ‘freshen up’ cycle in the dryer before putting it on the bed, so I can’t say how it holds up to watching. Overall, I’m really pleased with this. I like to change things up a lot, and with this set, I can make the room look completely different by just changing out throw pillows and rug. 👍🏻
