I cannot get it to stick to my windsheild for the life of me. I've cleaned the windshield, cup, and everything else that I can think of... it just will not stay in place for more than 10 seconds. I have an Escort Solo S3 that I have had for many years and the old school two lil suction cups weren’t really holding strong anymore. This updated suction cup holds up very strong and sturdy! I rate 10/10! Thanks!

It may take a minute to get a good suction onto the windshield, but once you do I haven’t yet had a problem with it falling down. I do take the radar detector off though when I’m not driving just in case.

Sticks to the windshield great, the only downfall is it doesn’t have the clip for the radar detector to stay. It’s only slipped off once so it’s not that big of a deal!

It holds to the window really well. I haven't had any problems with it falling off at all over several years.

I bought this for my radar detector. It suctions well to the windshield and my radar detector doesn't fall off the window. The suction cups that come with the radar detectors are cheap and don't suction well. This one fits the bill. I have ordered two of these and am happy with both.

I used this to replace the mount for my 9500ix. It was a little taller than the OEM, so move the suction cup a little higher on the windshield. It seems to hold securely. Time will tell. The adjustability worked perfectly. This seems to me to be a quality equal to or better than the OEM mount. Great product!

Stay away.I've had this mount for about a year now and can tell you it's given me nothing but trouble.It has absolutely zero suction power, it's just a glorified sticker which looks like it should be a suction cup. The latch on the bottom is useless because it dosnt pull on the hard rubber cup enough to create any suction... Even in the first few months I would come back to my car and the radar had fallen of the windshield. I've had to put it back numerous times. Over time it also has a tenancy to wander down the window leaving a lovely snail trail. It finally fell down for the last time today causing the adhesive to rip.Save yourself some trouble and either buy a solid mount which attaches to your rear view mirror or go buy some real suction cup replacements...
