Some damage to product when received, including loose or broken webbing, and Crocker welds but not worth the troubles of having to pack all the parts back up and ship back. Also, if you any something easy to put together, ok I’d you have proper tools, however it will take a lot of finesse if using the tool provided.

Chairs are attractive enough and seem sturdy, but we needed professional help to assemble them. The seat and leg holes didn't line up properly, making it difficult to tighten screws without making modifications. Quality control seems lacking based on assembly/alignment issues. Would not purchase this item from SuperDealsUsa again. Help not available when needed.

DO NOT PURCHASE! DO NOT USE THIS SELLER EITHER! Tried to give it zero stars but it would not allow me not to pick one. This product is cheaply made. The pieces do not line up for the screws to fit in, making it impossible to assemble! The screws kept bending, some wouldn't fit all the way in. Assembly instructions were not helpful...in fact, I found it easier to reverse the instructions, it was the only way I could manage to get the stool somewhat assembled, even though the screws still weren't all the way in. It took over 6 hours just to get 1 assembled enough to stand up, and it was wobbly, didn't even trust it enough to sit on it. Requested a refund (within the 30 day period), and was approved, however, the return shipping was not paid for, so it would cost more than double the price for me to ship it back. Seller was not responsive to my requests for them to pay for return shipping and kept insisting I send pictures or videos of what was defective. This is not something that could be depicted due to the angles of the pieces and I told them this repeatedly along with the fact I do not have the capability to send pictures or videos.I contacted Amazon about this issue and they did not help me at all, declining my claim because I did not contact the seller within the 30 days; however, I did but the constant correspondence they required before even getting involved, dragged out the process so now the 30 days is past...guess that's what they all want so everyone wins but the consumer! Amazon's answer was to contact the manufacturer, however they are in China. Now I no longer have any options and am out money and am stuck with a shoddy product.Wasted a lot of my time trying to resolve this issue and did everything I could to no avail. Will not purchase from them again and will not use Amazon to purchase anything in the future. Such a shame to have such a bad experience from both after being a good customer of Amazon. Total waste of time and money!

Like the chair height which is perfect for overseeing the deck rail. Good quality construction. My only negative is the plastic spiral wrapping around the support bars which easily unwraps.Once assembled the chairs are very sturdy. However, the assembly is somewhat difficult. But, very pleased with the chairs.

We could not be more pleased with these chairs. They were very easy to assemble and go perfectly with our deck. They are quite sturdy and the color is gorgeous. There's a foot bar, thank goodness, for the shorties like myself.One of the chairs were missing the rubber bottoms that keep it from scratching the deck. I contacted JungleA and they replied within hours. They VERY QUICKLY shipped the pieces to us and in no time, our set of chairs was complete. We are extremely happy customers 😀.

We ordered these for our outdoor kitchen. Mixed reviews, that's why the four stars.PROS: Arrived earlier than expected, color matched rest of our outdoor furniture perfectly, right height and style for our outdoor kitchen, comfortable even without cushions, assembly was fairly easy - instructions clear, love the higher back, great price.CONS: Not all of the screw holes matched up correctly, took about 20 minutes to put one bar stool together (one person), one of the bar stools has a slightly shorter leg (seems to be an issue with "assembly required" furniture)-however, I will make a shim to level that bar stool.
