Bright and is not subject to special handling like halogen bulbs which cannot come in contact with your hands or the bulb’s life will be compromised

It is H11. However the nice vibrant blue in the product imagerie isn't a thing. It's more like an Ice blue and it's really just for show since fogs are useless anyways(they aren't that bright) the good thing is I doubt you'll ever be bothered by the police for having em. And it does atleast work for the price.

These DO NOT work as advertised in a 2018 Passat... had these for 6 months and I’m going to pull them out and throw them away. Are they bright? Yes. Are they functional? NO... Installed them quite easily. I thought they were working correctly. There is a specific position on the headlight option dial in my vehicle. Setting the dial to that position requires rotation and pull out to activate the fog lights. Do the lights turn on what I set the dial to this position? Yes. But they also come on at random at other times - activating a check lights indicator on the dash and a message on my dash info panel. Sometimes one or the other comes on. Sometimes the right comes on and the info panel says “check left fog lamp”. Tried the seller and they said call the dealer - it was the car not the lamps - not true, otherwise the factory lights would do the same thing. Dealer wants $100+ to “diagnose the problem”, uh yeah, no! A little research discovered the lamps must have the correct resistance to function correctly in the lamp circuit. These obviously do not. Therefore, these are NOT compatible. If you have a VW don’t waste your time these will drive you nuts.
