I received the original order and had three that were bad. I contacted the company and told them and they responded quickly and sent 4 new ones. None of them worked of the new ones. I sent another note that I was willing to do anything to get them working because the ones that worked were very nice. That was several days ago and as of yet no response.

They are small and you get what you pay for. One doesn't work but I'm not even trying to pack them back up to return
