When I ordered this item, to be fair, I did not read the entire description. Had I known it required assembly I would have purchased something else that already came preassembled. With that said, after getting the item and reviewing the parts, written instructions, and video they have as part of the description, I thought it would be pretty straight forward. In theory it is, but if you have any kind of issue with your hands, such as arthritis, hand cramping, or spasms, you will never be able to get the small screw and nut combination required to attach C to A, to actually attach. I dropped the nut so many times trying to do this (even used a set of pliers in my attempt) that I finally gave up when it hit the floor and disappeared. This may be user error, but product description should come with a warning to the consumer. And the fact that it requires assembly should be first in the description, not in the very last paragraph.

I love these organizers! You have to assemble it but it was very easy and they provide even the screwdriver needed for the assembly. I purchased 2 since I have 2 office desks in my home office (work and personal). I had lots of stuff just everywhere and with these I was able to put it all in one place. They are also bigger than how they appear in the website which was a plus.

Light weight. Easy assembly. Plenty of room for storage. All of my coworkers that are in my office wants one. It even comes with a little screwdriver too!!! Love love love this product

I ordered two of these, one for home and one for school. They are large and pretty sturdy. Lots of space to help organize your desk space. A really good price compared to lots of others that are similar.

This is the biggest waste of money on a cheaply made hunk of metal. I’d return it but I don’t even want to spend the time disassembling it. It’s literally garbage. The shelves don’t line up. The sides aren’t straight. The drawer isn’t square nor does it fit in the bottom like it’s supposed to because the shelf brackets are crooked. All 4 plastic “feet” arrived cracked and broken.Don’t waste your money.

I am someone that loves her office items and supplies. I had a lot and was thinking I had to purchase two. Buuuut this is spacious and had the right amount of compartments for my office work and needs. It's really assemble, they supply everything and it's color is beautiful. Sturdiness and functionality, A+!

I'm so happy that I purchased this desk organizer, it has solved a lot of my problems in regards to where I can put my files etc, at a hands distance away. I recently moved but somehow failed to hand onto my old desktop organizer which was a cheap 4 tier plastic document holder. This looked good online and I took a chance. "Easy assembly" is always a bit scary but it was very easy to assemble - pretty much just screwing pieces together. It looks nice and I do like that there is horizontal as well as vertical storage as I get magazines and books from time to time. There is a place for stamps, paperclips and whatnot to keep it cluttering up your desk. It seems sturdy enough but is wire mesh for the most part so I did give it a 4 on durability but it may be a 5, we'll see.
