Good quality for novelty glasses. The lenses are plastic. The frames are strong and durable. They look really good. They look the same as the glassed worn by young Elphaba.

These glasses are adorable and I bought them for my niece so she can play dress up, as she does so as Glinda and Elphaba. They can fit adults, but my tho niece said they got her fine, too, even if they're a little loose. They aren't an exact replica, but still the right shape and look for dress up play fun. My niece and I love Wicked, so this was a fun addition to her character options.
