We have had this outside year round for at least 3 years in the desert. The color has faded quite a bit so we will buy a new one, but everything else is still working and in good condition.I love the lighting on the umbrella.

I leave my umbrella up 24/7 year round unless windy. It does fade with time. I keep our patio fresh with a new one every year or so. $70 is worth it to me. Our patio is like an additional room to our townhome. I feel it is sturdy and looks and works great. I’m about to order another one for this spring.

I don’t know how this product could possibly have an average of 4.5 stars from real human beings. I had the same experience as many of the 1-star reviewers where this thing fell apart after being exposed to the slightest breeze. I kept rolling it down every time there was a mildly windy day but it still kept falling apart before my eyes. The battery pack came dislodged from the top and dragged the fabric off to one side, then the shorter side fabric pockets where the spokes fit in ripped off and on the longer side the spokes fell out of the fabric pockets when it was rolled down. So, when you rolled it back up again, you had to do it it in small increments and run around re-inserting the spokes into the fabric as it extended. The ripped side got held in place with zip ties. As you can imagine, this thing looked like it was pulled out of some dumpster by the time all that happened.Seems like it coincidentally falls apart right after the 3 month mark when its past the return window for lots of other people too

We bought this umbrella back in July and it worked great for about a month! The tilt feature was amazing and the led lights were beautiful at night. One day we put the umbrella up and the metal snapped at the crank. We reached out to the company, let them know our issue and they replaced our umbrella. Our new one was received exactly one week after our first contact with them. Five stars for the product (even with an issue) and five stars for the customer service!

Very sturdy handle to reel up and down! The lights are very cool led and light the table nicely at night! The material feels like it’s an expensive piece of fabric! The tilt function is great but not if it’s windy! Overall super great umbrella for the price!

I've had this 9 ft blue umbrella out on my deck for the past month + near my pool and it is fantastic. I love the lights on it at night which is easily turned on or off with the switch on the pole. The color is beautiful and has not faded yet in the harsh southern sun. Didn't originally want a crank but it works so well and is very easy to open and close. You can also slant the umbrella to block out the sun when its lower in the sky. It has an attached tie for when you want the umbrella closed. I do not yet have weight on my stand and it did blow over once in a storm. It seems to be well made/constructed. I would buy it all over again. Such great value for

Arrived June 26 ordered June 4 th as a regular delivery , sent via Fed Ex. Well packaged in corrugated cardboard box. Size and color exactly as requested. No packing slip listing set up instructions or special points. There is a square solar plate on top point of umbrella that came off during the unpacking and I was not aware of it until I saw it hanging down by the electric wire threaded through the central tubing. I did need to take umbrella down to try and reset it .The lights extend only on the 18 inches outer extension of each vein. There is an on/ off switch to turn lights, cast a blue tone when it is pitch black out. Has weathered some severe wind and lightning rain storms well so far, always folded down before storm begins.

I love that it has little solar-powered twinkle LED lights inside, one of the reasons I decided on this one. Seems sturdy enough, but the stand I got to go with it was crooked so I had to return it. Something to note, this sunbrella isn't "short people" friendly. Once I tilt it the weight of the top starts to overbalance and I can't reach high enough to hold it steady. I sill need to find a way to afix it in a stand, so it's been lying closed up on the deck, and even now after only about a month or so, it's drastically faded, from "hunter green" to more of a "spruce blue". I don't mind the color change, I actually like the blue, but I am concerned that the fabric might be breaking down, though it still *feels* like the same thickness.
