Seaside Solar with Battery Backup Wall Fountain

Add sea-themed charm to any patio or garden walls with this solar powered outdoor wall water fountain. Water flows from the faucet into the level below where it splits into three streams and flows into the basin below. The pump is plugged into a solar panel that runs the fountain via the sun. The fountain features a polystone and fiberglass construction, giving it a stone-like look. Polystone is made from polyurethane resin mixed with a powdered stone additive which provides the lightness and durability of resin mixed with the high-end look of stone. Loved this and it was working perfectly. Left for 2 wk. Vacation, but panel in shade so it wouldn't run. Now that I'm home, I can't get it to restart ??? It's been in total sun for 2 days and nothing ? Pump is clean wires connected ? Am I doing something wrong.UPDATE:Contacted seller, who responded very quickly. They are sending replacement parts 😁. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONE, is EXCEPTIONAL.

Well, received the solar pump separately from the fountain and the two don’t work together or even separately because of missing parts. The hose on the fountain is too large to fit onto the pump And the spout that comes with the pump is missing a piece to connect it to work; so essentially I have a decorative piece and a pump that doesn’t work. Hoping someone will respond and fix this.
