Ordered this fountain for our “New Orleans” style courtyard. The Fleur de Lis gives the courtyard some authenticity. The sound of the falling water makes for a very relaxing place to be. Thought we might have to hang it on the wall but upon receiving it we decided to sit it on the ground. Starting to see a few rust spots and some paint peeling in the bottom bowl where the pump is, but overall we love it and would recommend it to a friend.

After awhile, it started changing colors, because of the water scale. The water sound would be okay in a small room, but in a backyard you can barely hear it.

This seemed great when I purchased it 5 years ago. The sound of water was nice on my small patio, and it looked great; but it quickly started to rust. It's now barely holding together. The motor no longer works. When I looked at the price of replacing, it, ($235) I changed my mind. I'll look for something of higher quality at a local garden center. There is also nothing supplied to mount it. If you are ok with buying a new fountain every 3 or so years, then it's a good purchase. I'd prefer something that is made to last outdoors.Can the manufacturer provide specs on a pump replacement? Thanks!

We bought this fountain for indoor use. It’s easy to set up , it looks very nice and the water sound it’s very relaxing.The customer service from the company was excellent 5 star.

I fell in love with this fountain as I collect all things fluer Di lis (the French symbol as well as New Orleans). I also was thrilled to find an affordable fountain for my petite patio.When it arrived I was able to set it up fairly quickly, though it comes with 2 small black plastic tube like pieces that I still haven’t figured out what to do with. I filled it halfway with water enough to submerge the pump and plugged it in. It worked immediately! It is fairly loud so is better used outdoors. Very tranquil sound. I will be putting it outside (this was a test in case anything wasn’t working) so for now it’s in my entryway on the tile with a towel underneath. My dog and cat especially love it as they think it’s a fancy drinking fountain 😊The only negative is the instructions that came with the unit are extremely vague so I had to figure it out myself (a miracle for someone who isn’t good at putting things together).All in all I just love this fountain! It can sit on the ground against a wall though I think it looks nicer hung.

stop sending damaged fountains, i got 30.00 off after contacting amazon, but manufacturer should not be sending damaged products to consumers. when i read the reviews, this subject was mentioned a lot, but decided to order anyway, and per reviews fountain was damaged. would have been great looking fountain had i not had to wire the black metal trim, i also saw parts of the trim missing. also, we put a wooden ledge under the fountain so that it would not fall off of the wall due to a small indentation for a screw. the weight of the fountain with water would have pulled the screw right out of the wall and probably broken fountain when it fell. with our modified fixes the fountain looks great and runs well.

We decided to re-do our yard before selling our home. we decided to hang an outdoor wall fountain. I am still amazed at the appearance of the fountain and that it looks like it would be heavy stone. it's light! it works great and we have enjoyed having the running water sound in our backyard. i would order again. we are planting a bush to cover up the cord.
