I ordered a brown/beige model and received a hideous gray/blue speckled thing. I ordered the solar powered and got a plug-in model with an ugly black cord. It arrived in a broken, gouged carton that was taped together and couldn’t be reused. I’m stuck with an expensive piece of trash.

Very happy with this fountain. It looks great on my zen wall patio and is the perfect size. I can pull it off the nail to empty it if I’m leaving for a long period of time. The solar powered water pump works great. I will buy the battery backup because I’d love to hear the fountain at night as I go to sleep. Looking forward to when my climbing rose is growing to add beauty.I need the back up battery for this solar water pump. How can I get it?

Looks good, shipping was quick and item was packed securely but the "instructions" on how to put the solar kit together are incomprehensible. Still trying to figure out how to put it together!

The fountain is beautiful. I am having a huge issue having it run on solar power. Unless the sun is shining brightly & directly on the solar panel, it doesn't run. I thought the panel stored some light like the solar lights I have next to my sidewalk. So if it's cloudy at all=no fountain.
