Bought 4 of these for our garage and absolutely love them. Great quality from the seat to the wheels. We do window tinting, so these are used all day, every day, and work as well as they did coming out of the box. Had each assembled in under a minute - literally. Rolls nice and quietly. Update:These are as good as it gets! They’d sell MORE if they were listed also under mechanics stool - chairs etc.I purchased one of these about 4 years ago and absolutely love the comfort, but especially like the support the small backrest gives my lower back around my belt line. I searched for another one all over, saw similar ones, but didn’t order anything. Honestly I’d forgotten that I’d bought it from Amazon. In searching my purchases here, I found my old order and just ordered and received my 2nd one.I’m in my mid 70’s, was in a bad wreck over 4 years ago and I can honestly say this is one of the very few chairs that are not only comfortable, but when I sit in it with the lower part of my back against the back lip, it makes my back feel better, much better. I’ll sit on it for hours at a time, working on wooden furniture and I’m none the worse for it. Yes, I have one of those cheaper red stools that sell so well on Amazon, but I’m uncomfortable after 2-3 minutes.I’m not saying you’ll have the same results, but the worse that can happen is you don’t like it and have to return it to Amazon and get something else.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this seat! I got this seat for my husband. He weighs over 200 pounds and his knees are getting bad. He’s very happy with the seat. I am happy because it is heavy duty and sturdy!

Don't hesitate if you are looking for a HIGH quality, strong comfortable shop stool - this is the one. The tractor seat is heavily padded and super comfortable. I find myself stopping work and watching the shop tv comfortably on it something I wouldn't do on any of the others I have. The tall wheel size allows me to roll from concrete, to carpeted areas and over the bench mats with no stopping or slowing at all. The metal parts are high quality too - the lower tray is nice and heavy lots of stability.The only con I have is that the wheel centers (the chrome "rims") while they look cool they're made of what feels like thin plastic. I would rather they be more rugged for the long haul so we shall see and I'll update if those fail.But, notwithstanding, so far, I highly recommend this shop stool as the positives far outweigh that negative.

I like the sturdiness of the chair, the seat itself is comfortableable, the round or 360 degree tool tray is also better than most other options. The quality seems to be very good for the $80 price rage too. Assembly was a snap, took under a minute. My only complaint isn't that manufacturer fualt, maybe the designer's, but I would have liked the chair to get lower, to about 14 inches like a chair I had previously. This one goes down to 19, it works.I've had the chair for about 45 days and use it half of those days at least for an hour or more. The bearings in the wheels are fine and the chair is sturdy, doesn't tip easy.

Stools don't usually last long around our shop. The wheels fall apart, cylinders stop cylindering up and down, the seat bases break and the seat pads split, get melted or just fall apart.Not so with these babies. They are well built. We have one that is more than 8 years old and have never needed to buy replacement parts. (yes, you can get parts for these). We like them so much we bought six more recently. They are comfortable. Many of our welding jobs are done sitting for 8-12 hours a day for weeks at a time. Did I mention we do lots of welding. Not one burnt or melted seat cover yet. Seems almost like a heavy rubber vinyl cover. I'm not saying they are fire/welder proof but to survive in our shop they are close. They roll easily and smoothly on concrete with seams. All in all totally worth the price for a mid range shop stool. We have stopped wasting time fixing broken stools and filling the scrap bins with unfixable ones. Very Happy.
