i tried to use it to pull a lawnmower shaft, it bent and is unusable now. More force is possible with 2 light duty hammers at once. Should be rated at 50 pounds not 2 tonnes. Also says made in korea

The 2-ton capacity makes this puller a powerful tool. It provides ample strength for pulling tasks without sacrificing precision. The puller has consistently demonstrated its capability to handle demanding jobs. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and powerful puller.

Price was pretty good, and the quality was surprisingly pretty good for the price. For the threads, I brushed on ARP Assembly Lube. Thread quality as good as can be expected for something this cheap.

Sunex never disappoints. We had are car in to have the windshield replaced and the guy could not get the wiper arm off. So i had one of them cheap wiper arm pullers here i tried it would not even fit the arm. So i went on the hunt for a puller on Amazon. I seen this little baby from my favorite tool brand. So i said. I bet that will work and it did like it was nothing. This little puller is going to come in handy for other little jobs as well. I placed it beside a Dewalt 20v battery for size comparison. Also this being Sunex it has the lifetime warranty as well.

Hard to knock it. It costs almost nothing, feels very cheap, but gets the job done pretty well.If you plan to store it assembled, put some thread locker on the nuts so you don't have to constantly tighten them.

This is a great gear puller, and the ability to use it with either 2 or 3 jaws is great.

Okay for light to medium duty. These have a spread of over 13 inches and can be used to free a 12in brake disk, but these are not professional by any means as they are made of inferior quality metal, only have 10tpi thread in SAE which will put too much stress on the screw when trying to release something and brake. Much better to borrow the same cheapies from NAPA, OREILLY, AUTOZONE, or whichever company. If you want your own pair to have at shop or home I would suggest you buy the high quality OTC brand as that is what you purchase when you buy from MATCO/ SNAPON/ or MAC but OTC is much cheaper to buy b4 it is re-branded by the other companies.
