This chair has been the perfect addition to our front porch. It’s comfortable, and the color is holding strong after nearly six months of sun exposure. Assembly was pretty straightforward. Strongly considering getting a few more for the backyard!

Suncast does it again. This plastic patio adirondack chair was easy to assemble (smartly parted out) and offers a convenient storage space for the cushions to make this more comfortable. Adirondacks are notably uncomfortable with the flat back and flat seat. But this one is large and as plastic not quite as rigid, and the angle is a little different than standard wood adirondack so I really enjoy this.

I’ve had an Adirondack chair on my wish list for years. We are having a stone patio made, so now is the time! Finally, I found one that meets my criteria for not being too low (I cannot get out of classic ones); and better yet, it has storage! I’ve had several items from this brand that have held up perfectly for years with no cracking. The resin holds up to our intensely hot summers and frozen winters. The parts for this chair are all there with smaller items fasteners and a tool, sides labeled. I always check that you get right and left sides when I buy furniture, and not two of one side. Instructions are clear. You may need a mallet. The color is bright white, which will dull from pollen and pollution; however, the faux wood will clean well if you are into that. We just let our furniture weather and the main thing is that the suncast resin is so indestructible. You can see in my photos how sturdy each piece is and how the smaller parts are carefully protected. I’ll try to post a photo later once my son has been by to help me finish putting it together. You could easily do it on your own, but I have arthritis and the parts are too large for me to stand, lean over, and hold now. Likely we will order a second chair.Update: Went together easily and perfectly. Adding photos. Very comfortable.

This chair went together fairly easily for my helpers (I'm handicapped, and the package was a bit heavy for me). The instructions show a mallet will be needed, but they didn't use one (or ask me if we had one). The instructions seem clear, even for someone who has difficulty assembling items (she often has to ask me to decipher what is meant, and did not for this chair). There were a couple of extra parts after assembly (hopefully they really were extras!). It is a little wobbly, but that may just be where it is sitting on the patio. I did feel secure sitting in it. The under seat storage is great! I will likely put the deck pillow I have in there so it does not blow away between uses, or perhaps some grill accessories. It is fairly light now that it is together. As a bonus, it is made in the USA! $140 would be high if it were foreign made, but I will gladly pay a bit extra for made here!

This chair comes in several color choices and was quick and simple to assemble. It has detailed directions that are also made easier by the fact that molded into the plastic (where it doesn't show) the pieces are labeled and say things like "left side". It is sturdy (The listing says it holds 375 lbs) and pretty attractive. It is stable and sturdy, but not as deep as a typical wooden Adirondack chair. It is also a bit higher. I find it a bit more comfortable to sit in actually than the traditional ones . It is more comfortable with a cushion added but one is absolutely needed. This has the added convenience of having a large compartment in the seat to store lots of items under the lift up seat. This chair is comfortable, very easy to assemble and offers seating, storage, a great look and comfort. This will not get damaged if it is out in the rain and is built well to last and add great style and function to your patio, deck, etc. This has the classic clean lines of an Adirondack chair and comes at a much cheaper price than

This seems pricey on the front end - or I'm just cheap - but even I am coming around to think that maybe this is worth the money. The storage doesn't hurt, of course, and it feels solid in a way that most plastic furniture absolutely does NOT. It's reasonably comfortable, certainly more than I'd expect. I particularly appreciate the 375lb weight limit. I would never want a guest in my house who may happen to have a larger body to feel uncomfortable or worry that they're going to be embarrassed by breaking a flimsy chair - which I have seen happen with those uber cheapies that you can buy everywhere, including the drug store.

I got myself an Adirondack chair (without storage) and my husband wanted one of his own. I got him this one with the storage and I honestly like it better than mine. It's really nice, and was easy to put together (after messing up on one of the legs and having to take it off). It has ample storage underneath and would be perfect for using by a pool!
