I bought this for my husband (after all of our kids chipped in) so that we could surprise him last Father's Day. He was surprised!! While we both love how it looks, it has not lit up since we got it. Right now, it has just been a large glorified "paperweight" on our deck. Pretty costly to have problems getting it to light!

Handsome addition to our covered porch. Arrived very well packaged and set up without a blemish. Buyers should be aware that the manufacturer cautions against direct exposure to UV as well as to wet weather, requiring that the fire column be covered (provided) if outside when not in use. It strongly cautions against allowing lava rock or fire well getting wet, as the results can be dangerous. So we think the best application is a covered setting with plenty of natural ventilation. Easy to set up and use. Quite charming.

We love, love, love our fire pit. Good quality, great atmosphere. We have it at our pool under our gazebo and enjoy it year round.

This propane fire pit is exactly as described. Looks amazing on our back deck. It will be great for the cooler months as it puts off some amazing heat when the adjustable flame is adjusted a little higher.Oh..and it came in one piece! Fantastic packaging and No assembly! Bonus points there!

If you’ve had firepits before then you will know exactly what this one is like.It is heavy, looks solid, and the fire looks nice.As usual the stones that come with it are not enough to cover the burners entirely unless you bunch them up against it. It could stand to have two or three cups more of stones.There is not much else to note - it is as described, looks as depicted, and works as it should.

Easy to get propane tank in and out. Electronic ignition works wonderfully. Got the cover for it to keep it looking new.

This fire pit came in good condition. It’s metal made to look like brick and it’s a pretty decent faux job. The door to get to the gas tank has a crummy design for closure and the door would fall off if my husband didn’t fiddle with it. We also use a match to light it. The igniter doesn’t work most of the time even when we follow the instructions. Once it’s lit, it stays lit and looks very nice on our patio and gives off nice heat. I would still recommend even though they definitely could make some improvements on this product to make it quite a bit better.
