It’s not as fluffy as I thought it’d be. But it is very warm and helps you get a good nights sleep. I feel like it could be warmer throughout the pillow. It’s just hot in a couple places. I will still use this every night. Just a bit pricey.

The 3 different speed choices are wonderful. I prefer the highest setting. Very comfortable! The extra long cord works wonderfully. Haven't gotten into a cold bed since it arrived!

I was looking for a body pillow, and also an electric blanket... when I found this, I thought it would be the best of both worlds. Turns out it does well with the heat, but it's awkward to use. The cord comes out of a corner, so you either have it stuck down under the covers by your feet, or up near your face (if you are a pillow hugger). The pillow is fairly soft as well, and I was hoping for a firmer quality.After some different trials, I ended up keeping the pillow in the middle of the bed, running from head to foot. I turn the cord-corner away from me, and sleep with my back against it. That helps with the warmth, and I hug my king pillow while sleeping on my side.It does have an easy power button, and turns off after an extended period. Medium heat is plenty for a cold Indiana night.

I highly recommend this pillow to anyone who has aches and pains that are helped by heat, or just anyone who likes extra warmth while they sleep. This pillow was great for me with different heat settings and I could position it where needed.*My husband’s cats ended up completely chewing through the cord and Sunbeam would not provide a new one, I could only get in contact with them via online form, and was directed to a sketchy third party company who supposedly provided the replacement parts for this type of product - I was never able to get in contact with that third party, so my pillow is useless for its purpose now

I've had this for about a month and have been using the heated function on and off. The product is for pain relief but honestly (I'm sure I'm not alone) this isn't for physical pain. Sleeping alone can sometimes suck and it's nice to sleep next to something warm. Maybe it's sad but, I'm comfy and that's all that matters so this does exactly what I need.Product has three heat settings which takes a bit of time to heat-up. I haven't timed it but I'd say ~10 minutes for the max heat each level (Low/Medium/High) will provide. I live in a warm climate (Florida) and low is perfectly fine for 99% of the usage for me. For reference the coldest we'll get is 35F (1.6C) and I bumped it to High and it was very hot, so this pillow will put out heat if you need it. For those that live up North, your millage may very but I think it will work for you as well.Cord is very long and buttons is easy to find and clicks nicely. From end of remote to pillow plug is ~45 inches. Length of remote to wall outlet is probably 4x5 longer so 12 feet? Only complaint, since I sleep with it, is the amber light. It's way better then the horrid blue light every electronic device has but, it is still very bright. I just tuck it under the sheets and don't see it.Pillow is very "pillow-ie" (whatever you call it) and feels great to grab on to. Lots of padding and quilted pattern feels nice to touch. You'll obviously want to get a pillow cover and you can grab one on Amazon for ~$8 for the standard 54x20 case. Pillow is 51 inches long, 18 inches wide, and maybe 6 inches thick? About what they described if you stretch out the material.Overall great product and plan on keep using it.

I wanted a pillow that wouldn't go flat. When I saw this one that also had added heat, I thought, "why not?" Pillow is thick and fluffy. The first night I used the heat I tried the medium setting, it seemed to get much warmer than that, so I can use it on low and get all the warmth I need. Only downside is that it says auto off, but when I set it at night and get up the next morning it is still on. It never turns off on its own. Other than that, I love this pillow!

My life partner of 11 years left me at the end of last year. That's a long time, and over those years I became really dependent on cuddling to sleep. With this coronavirus stuff happening, I don't even have anyone to give me a hug. It's been unbearable. I've just been so lonely and unhappy. I've tried weighted blankets and to some degree they kinda work but not really. They're not warm like a human being.Then it occurred to me... probably the biggest physical sensation we get from cuddling is warmth. So I decided to buy this. Under the weighted blanket, I have the warmth and the weight and a little softness. Of course it's not the same, but... well. Nothing will really ever be the same again anyway.

I've had two headed body pillows (a different brand) for a number of years and they finally died. I could not reorder them because they were no longer offered by the company, so I found these by Sunbeam. I was so glad because the heat from the pillows helps so much to ease my pain. These work well, seem well made, and are comfortable. The difference between these and the other ones I had is that the old ones were fatter. These are are about the thickness of a bed pillow and are very pliable. I would prefer that they be a bit thicker, but they are comfortable and work well, so I am pleased. I would order them again.
