Really great battery box, but the strap is too short. How do I get in contact with the seller? The AI support keeps trying to refund me, but it’s a great box and what I wanted, I just need a longer strap.

Strap for holding the lid on the box is about 6 inches short. Impossible to connect the strap endsThey sent me the correct strap, so updated the review…..

Purchased this for hunting and camping, but quickly added it to my hurricane preparedness kit. Had non-storm power outage and home wifi was down. Used a 12V power inverter and plugged WiFi in and we were back in business. Was curious how long it would power WiFi so let it plugged in for several hours, worked great. Much cheaper than standard CPU battery backup and lasts much longer.

Nice box but there are a couple of issues. First, the USB charger cap doesn't stay closed. Second, and more importantly, the strap is too short and will not wrap around the box. This is important because the lid requires the strap to stay closed. I'll have to literally cut one of my own straps to fit this if they don't send the right one. This is a known issue based on past reviews and should have been remedied by now, thus I consider this to be a deliberate dump of a defective product.
