Have gone swimming, built a shed (heat index 110°F+/-), washed and dried, a couple of times now. Still fits, has maybe shrunk a tiny bit but I might just need a hair cut. The chin atrap did tear off when I pencil jumped into a pool but I dont blame the product for that, cause that is not an intented use but it held on in the wind quite well! It is shocking how much cooler I feel when wearing it, and even pulled down all the way, it still has good ventilation. And no more sun burnt neck is great! Very light weight. I will buy again!

The little elastic drawstring in the band makes the hat fit snugly, trapping my 2’ of hair up and out of the way, while the light “cape” on the back will keep the sun off my neck. The brim is wide enough to shield most of my face. All this for a very reasonable price!

The hat provided perfect protection while spending the day in the sun. It was a perfect fit, sturdy, easy to fold and store. It’s light weight and we love the colors. It was breezy at times but we were able to easily secure the hats. The neck protection was a huge benefit.
