I put these on the front of my John Deere 5075e for my grapple. I think it helps keep dirt and grit out of your hydraulic system.

If you have a grapple on a front end loader these things are great! They make it much easier to connect and disconnect. If you have anything that you connect and disconnect regularly I suggest swapping over to these flat face connects. So much easier than standard ag fittings and they keep the dirt and dust out.
